Day 148 — Dry Practice
I’d planned/hoped to get on the road this morning at 05:00, but I was exhausted and slept in a bit and didn’t leave the hotel until a little after 07:00. Since I was running late, I skipped my morning dry fire. About 12 hours later I arrived home and the first thing I did after walking through the door was 10 minutes and 80 concealed draws of dry fire practice. I was so tired that if I didn’t do it right then, I likely wouldn’t have done it at all.
I continue to be impressed with the comfort of the Shaggy AIWB holster. In the past few weeks I’ve spent over 100 hours — 5,400 miles over the course of 8 days — wearing the Shaggy for 12+ hours at a time while driving. After getting used to it, it is easily the most comfortable holster I’ve ever worn.
